Lindsay on track with alcohol education classes

The Mean Girls star was handed the punishment as part of her probation after pleading guilty to two misdemeanour counts of cocaine use and no contest to drink driving and reckless driving charges following a 2007 arrest.
Her probation was extended last year (09) to allow her more time to complete the court-ordered drug and alcohol education programmes and her progress was praised by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel in February (10).
Lohan must complete the courses by July (10), but online reports suggest the actress has not been attending her weekly alcohol education class.
Sources at the school allege the star has “a bad attitude” towards the probation requirement and “entitlement issues” – but Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has blasted the claims.
Holley tells TMZ.com, “Ms. Lohan is on track to complete her alcohol programme within the time frame set by the judge, and any classes she missed were made up for.”
The actress’ next progress hearing is due to take place on 20 May (10).
However, Lohan’s troubles from the 2007 incident are far from over – she’s also facing legal action from three men who have accused the actress of kidnapping them and endangering their lives. The trio claims Lohan jumped into a vehicle they were passengers in and took off on a joyride through Malibu, California.

She elaborated,
“We realized on this trip that my daughter is a bully. She would steal her girlfriend’s toys and push her and pull her hair for a stroller or a baby doll or a purse.”
